Yeliena Theofilatos is a Licensed Social Worker as well as an Anxiety Hypnotherapist and Coach. In 2021, inspired by her own struggle with and eventual overcoming of anxiety, she founded My Blooming Heart Hypnotherapy & Coaching. Since then, Yeliena has been helping women entrepreneurs anchor into self-belief and find inner stability and calm. In hypnotherapy, she teaches her clients how to reclaim their strengths and capabilities they have been overlooking or disconnected from. Through coaching, she teaches her clients new skills for unwinding the habits that perpetuate Anxiety (like the habit of worrying) and regulating their nervous system.
